On any Full Moon, wherever you are on Earth, you can sit down in your heart and tune in to Mother Earth and to the New Consciousness Grid that surrounds her, alone, with your family or with a circle of friends, and every heart that does so opens the bandwidth a little wider for everyone who follows. Para PachaMama called the first collective Tuning from the island of Saba on the Full Moon of August 2010, more than a thousand hearts joined within three moons, and the practice remains as simple and as alive as it was then, ready for you to make your own.
Begin the day in love
When you wake on the day of the Full Moon, remind yourself of the intention you hold for this day and take a few quiet moments to come into loving connection with Mother Earth before you start, because a state of love or appreciation is the whole of the preparation this work asks of you.
The Tuning
When you are ready, think of a place in Nature that you love. Feel this love and let it grow until it holds all of Nature, and as you feel it, bring the centre of your attention into your heart. From your heart, send this pure love down into the Earth, knowing that Mother Earth receives it, for she is always there, and see your love embracing her. Then simply feel how you are, and have always been, loved by your Mother, and let that love move through your whole body.
Now slowly bring your attention to the new consciousness grid that surrounds the Earth. Even if you do not know what it is, ask yourself, through love, to become aware of this New Grid and to connect with it, and see it as golden streams of light in sacred geometry around the planet, a Flower of Life spanning the Earth.
Observe, be still, feel, and send your love into this grid, for it is a part of the new You, and by sharing your love with it you open the path and broaden the bandwidth so that others can reach this new field more easily, now and in the future. Stay and surf the Grid for as long as you wish, and when you are ready, come back, ground yourself and carry on with your day.
Through the rest of the day, remember your attunement to Mother Earth and her New Grid, because each time you return to the experience you add to a shared cloud of knowing that everyone around you can draw on, and you become a conscious co-creator of this shift in awareness for yourself and for every other Earth traveller. Thank yourself as Mother Earth thanks you.
Deepen it with the Unity Breath
The Unity Breath, which Para PachaMama shared again for the Waitaha Water Gathering, comes from the Ancient Ones and is known to the Kahunas of Hawaii, the Aboriginal peoples of Australia, the Waitaha of Aotearoa and the Kogi Mamos of Colombia, and it opens any Tuning with a living connection to both Mother Earth and Father Sky:
Now that you are in a state of love, put this love into a little ball in your heart and send it down to the center of the Earth where Mother Earth receives your love and wait. Wait for the love of the Mother to come back to you. She will always give you her love.
When you feel this love rising, again put it into a little ball in your heart, and send it straight into the heart or centre of the Universe … Wait for the love of your Father to come back to you. This love always comes back as you are a child of this Universe.
You are now connected in Love with Mother Earth and in Love with Father Sky. According to the Indigenous peoples of our world this is where ceremony starts.
Gather your own circle
A Tuning grows stronger when it is shared, so invite your friends, your family or your neighbours to sit with you on the next Full Moon, light a fire or a candle, place a bowl of water in the centre and hold it in your love, and let each person speak what they felt when you return. Though vast levels of science and thousands of years of preparation have been given to making this grid available to the people of Earth, it has only ever manifested through one source of energy, universal unconditional love, and that love is already in your heart, waiting for the next Full Moon.
Share your Full Moon
After your Tuning, write what you felt, saw or received under the Full Moon, so the circle of hearts tuning in with Mother Earth can feel itself widening again across the world.
